After a horrific experience at my old Nissan dealer, I was lucky to find Crabtree Nissan, Middlebury. The best dealer I have ever been to. Ladies, gents if you want great care, great salesmanship visit Crabtree you will not regret it.. I just have to share my experience: from the first conversation with Benjamin, best Salesman I have ever met, and believe me I purchased several new cars in my time. My shopping experience was out of this world. Benjamin, met me with a gracious, pleasant smile, offered coffee or water immediately. Then respectfully, directed me to a table to discuss my visit. He listened, answered all my questions and made his suggestions. His gentle and caring personality was the main thing that encouraged me to continue my shopping. He then, offered to show me a car that surpassed my expectations. We went for a drive and he clearly explained every aspect of the car. He showed me how everything worked and patiently and professionally answered my inquires. When we got back to the dealer, I knew I had found my car. YAYYYY. He completed all the paperwork efficiently and explained all the information entered. He even drove me to the bank, I had forgotten my checkbook. LOL. Then I met Jonathan, Manager. Jonathan is amazing, kind, respectful and dedicated to make things easy for the customers. His professional and respectful character is out of this world. He listened attentively and his easy yet respectful manners allowed me to ask and answer questions with easy. Finally, I bought my Christmas gift and can't be any happier. I even rang the bell and was surrounded by applause. Another 10 for Crabtree, Benjamin is delivering my car to my home. I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to share my experience. This is not your typical car dealership where you’re pressured into making a purchase. My salesman Armand was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the used car that I bought and he has a very sophisticated attitude when it comes to all cars, not just Nissan. We did a thorough walk around of the vehicle and he was not afraid to show me the minor flaws the car had (but what used car is in perfect condition?) After spending a few hours with me I was sold, and Armand as well as the entire team including Robert the General Manager made sure that I was comfortable and reassured, as a car purchase is always one of the biggest purchases of your life so as stressful as that is, I felt well taken care of. During the transaction phase of my purchase, the finance manager Mike was very respectful and open laying down the numbers itemized, so you can see there were no hidden fees or added fluff that many other dealers will throw at you. Mike was also very transparent with my loan, showing me that the rate I was approved for, was actually the rate from the bank, no added surcharge like many other finance managers will do. At that point I enquired about an extended warranty and gap insurance, as Mike did not pressure me into one from the start, as again, most other finance managers would. Mike was able to provide me with an amazing bumper to bumper warranty and gap insurance, while still keeping me in my budget price range. Although I didn’t buy a Nissan, the car I purchased will be going back to Crabtree for every service it needs, as you will see this is not your run of the mill dealership. Crabtree Nissan will be the place I will continually recommend my friends and family to, as I am still shocked at how seemless and stress free this car buying experience was. I felt like I was buying my first car all over again and having that freedom and reassurance that I am in a safe, reliable Crabtree vehicle. Don’t forget to ask for Armand when you go in!
