My wife and I haven’t been shopping for a new car in over 6 years. Our last car shopping experience was not the greatest, so neither of us were looking forward to what awaited us. If you’ve seen Bobby Crabtree’s commercials, he promises making car shopping an enjoyable experience. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical. While bringing my 2019 Rogue Sport in for service, I decided to meet up with one of their salesman, John Horner (who came in 15 minutes early just to meet with me). While walking from the Service Center to the Dealership, he was quick to start up conversation and build that customer relationship. He was easy to talk to, not pushy, listened to what vehicle my wife and I were interested in, but most importantly was sympathetic to my last car buying experience and promised “that is not the way we do business”. After finding a car that would suit my families needs, we took it for a ride. After giving me time to decide if I wanted to move forward, he took my financial information, asked me my budget, and got to work making it happen. John introduced me to Jonathan Irizarry in the finance department. Like John he also was sympathetic to my previous experience and told me a deal would get done within my budget. Like he said, a deal was done within my budget. I told him my wife and I would return in the evening. When we returned, it was as they said. The car was detailed and ready to go. John (the salesman) walked us through the cars features, set us up on Nissan Connection, and even gave us a small thank you gift (he did this while we waited to meet with finance). Once Jonathan (from finance) was done with another client, he brought us into his office, went over the paperwork, I signed what I needed, and we left in our brand new 2025 Rogue SL. All-in-all it was approximately a 4 hour process from beginning to end) and it was the best car shopping experience I’ve had. This is the second car we’ve purchased from Crabtree Nissan of Middlebury and probably won’t be the last. If you’re looking for a new car, go see John in sales and Jonathan in Finance, they will do what they can to get you the car you want. Thank you, we are so happy with our new car!

John from the Sales Team and Mike from Finance, are absolute wizards. They got me into a newer and better vehicle than what I had. I recently lost a brand new vehicle to an accident, and they got me in another ride which alleviated a lot of stress. I highly recommend both of them for your car buying experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Dylan, my salesman, and Jonathan, and both were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. They helped me find a 2025 Nissan Sentra, the exact car I was looking for. It has a sporty feel and feels very luxurious, without breaking the bank. Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here. Walked in nonchalantly on Sunday and took the vehicle home without much jargon. Elias made the process pretty painless. Bradzzo helped me out getting a new car this past Saturday because my old one was totally dead. I told him I needed a car asap so he said to come in and he will take care of me and so I did. When I got there he had a car ready for me to test drive which I liked and he got me in that car to take home that day! I recommend seeing Brad if your looking for a car

I’ve been buying vehicles here for 15 years and never had a better experience than this time. If you need a vehicle, come and see Thomas for your next Nissan! This was my second time buying a car here. My first experience was great and this time was just as great! Eli Geagea was the sales associate who helped me. He listened to what I was looking for and gave me options. You should seek him out when it’s car buying time! Michael Mich made the paperwork and financing stress free. All said, the experience was low stress, no pressure and easy. All the other staff was equally as nice. Check them out!!

I had an amazing experience working with Brad. He helped me buy out my car and guided me through the entire process with so much patience and kindness. He always made sure I understood each step and kept checking in to see if I needed anything. I really appreciated how attentive and supportive he was, it made the process stress-free and easy.
